✦ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

This depends on which shipping option you chose at checkout.  We have multiple shipping options available for the UK and international shipping. 

 

✦ DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?

We sadly cannot accept returns on piercing jewellery due to hygiene reasons. So please triple check that the earring specifications fit your needs before ordering.

✦ HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You can only track your parcel, if you paid for a tracked shipping service at checkout. Your tracking code should be on your dispatch email, if you can’t find it, then please get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to help.

Our jewellery is made from either 10k solid gold or 14k solid gold.

Yes! All our opals are genuine opals from Australia. We use only the best!

 

✦ IS YOUR JEWELLERY SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?

YES! All our jewellery is nickel and lead free. Solid gold is naturally hypoallergenic.
