DISPATCH & DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and are estimates only. While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays outside our control may occur.

LollieShop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as we may be unable to amend your details once your order has been processed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lollie-shop.com. We can only cancel and refund orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings and piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons.

To help you choose the correct piece, we provide detailed product descriptions, measurements and multiple product photographs throughout our website. Where available, you'll also find images showing the jewellery being worn to give a better idea of its size and appearance.

As every piercing and ear anatomy is unique, we cannot accept returns where jewellery does not fit your intended piercing or where an incorrect size has been ordered. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the size they are purchasing is suitable before placing an order.

If you're unsure which size you need, we recommend checking the measurements of jewellery you already wear or speaking with your professional piercer before purchasing.

If you're buying a gift and aren't certain which size or style to choose, a LollieShop Gift Card can be a great alternative.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

 

 

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Every LollieShop order is carefully inspected and packed personally by me. We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery and hope you'll be delighted with your purchase.

If you believe your item has arrived faulty, damaged, or is not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@lollie-shop.com. To help us investigate, please include your order number along with clear photographs and, where possible, a short video showing the issue.

Once we've reviewed the information, we'll work with you to find the most appropriate solution. If we confirm that your jewellery has a genuine manufacturing fault, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please note that this does not cover damage resulting from accidental damage, misuse, alterations, loss, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow our jewellery care guidance.

 

LOST JEWELLERY

Once your jewellery has been fitted, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure it remains securely fastened.

We recommend having your jewellery fitted by an experienced piercer, particularly if you're new to flat back or internally threaded jewellery. It's also a good idea to check your jewellery regularly, especially after cleaning, sleeping, exercising or changing clothing, as everyday movement can occasionally loosen threaded pieces over time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund jewellery that has been lost after it has been worn.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do our very best to ensure all product descriptions, measurements and photographs accurately represent each piece of jewellery.

As many of our pieces feature natural gemstones, including Australian opals and natural diamonds, slight variations in colour, pattern and appearance are completely normal and make every piece unique.

Please note that colours may also vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website or legal requirements. The most up-to-date version will always be available on this page and will include the date it was last updated.
